Infection control is of prime importance to all our staff at The Whitehouse Surgery in Leicester. Every clinical member of staff receives training in all aspects of infection control, including decontamination of equipment, as part of their induction programme and through regular update training. We take this element of dentistry extremely seriously as your safety is our number one concern. We have dedicated facilities for the cleaning, disinfection and sterilisation of our equipment. Wherever possible, we use single use disposable items in our treatments and where this is not possible, all instruments are thoroughly decontaminated and sterilised before re-use on any other patient.
