Our dentists at The Whitehouse Surgery in Leicester offer a range of treatments to replace missing teeth with dentures. We can provide dentures usually after some time has passed to allow healing since having teeth removed. Your dentist may be able to offer a temporary solution, often called an immediate denture, to replace front teeth that require removal. Dentures are available privately and on the NHS as a Band 3 charge.
  • Acrylic Dentures

    Dentures made from acrylic are an effective way to replace missing teeth. They sit on your gums and can also rest against any residual teeth for support. 

  • Chrome Dentures

    Metal dentures can be made, provided your teeth are strong and stable. They clip onto your remaining teeth rather than just sit on your gums. Usually, any metal components are cleverly hidden so you can not see it.

  • Flexible Dentures

    Flexible dentures are made of a material that offers ‘natural feel’ flexibility compared to typical acrylic dentures. They have an innate ability to adapt and flex as you chew and speak.
